Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Criminal Lawyer Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in handling criminal litigation matters, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, attend court proceedings, and support senior advocates in providing effective legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle criminal litigation matters under the guidance of senior advocates.
- Draft bail applications, complaints, petitions, affidavits, legal notices, and written submissions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Attend court hearings and assist in trials and arguments.
- Review FIRs, charge sheets, investigation reports, and evidence.
- Meet with clients to understand case facts and provide updates.
- Coordinate with police authorities, court staff, and other legal professionals.
- Maintain case files, documentation, and litigation calendars.
- Ensure timely filing of pleadings and compliance with court procedures.

Qualifications

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the State Bar Council.




- 3-5 years of experience in criminal litigation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure.
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
