Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of IT roles and technologies: Familiarity with various IT positions such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, data scientists, etc.

Technical terminology: Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.), software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and other technical tools and platforms.

Recruitment Tools and Platforms:

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience with tools like Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.

Sourcing Platforms: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and GitHub.

CRM Systems:



Experience with candidate relationship management systems.

Sourcing and Screening:

Boolean Search Techniques: Advanced skills in using Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing.

Screening: Ability to effectively screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Interviewing Skills: Competency in conducting both technical and non-technical interviews.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates.

Relationship Building: Solid skills in maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
