- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, or feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations in the company's system.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and data privacy guidelines.
