Job Description:

- Operations Manager needed for S F Seed process

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple teams spread across various locations delivering account objectives
- Provide end to end ownership of large scale Sales Operations
- Lead teams of 75 100 associates through Assistant Managers
- Define and execute enterprise sales operations strategy
- Drive workforce planning capacity optimization and scalability
- Govern SLAs KPIs CSAT and service excellence metrics
- Lead sales transformation and automation programs
- Represent operations in executive client governance forums
- Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities
- Support due diligence and solutioning for large deals
- Own program management for strategic initiatives
- Ensure contractual compliance audit readiness and risk mitigation




- Deliver executive dashboards and BI insights
- Partner with Sales Finance Marketing IT and Legal
- Govern training strategy knowledge management and standards
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Technical Requirements:

- Any degree MBA preferred
- 12 13 years of operations leadership experience
- 8 10 years experience in team management handling
