The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and reception registers.
- Schedule appointments and meeting rooms.
- Receive and distribute courier packages and mail.
- Handle emails and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Perform data entry and general administrative work.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous receptionist or front office experience will be an added advantage.
