Job Title: Senior DraftsmanJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Draftsman to create accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on engineering and architectural specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD software, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead drafting activities while coordinating with engineers, architects, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Review and interpret engineering, architectural, and structural designs.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, and site teams to resolve drafting issues.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.
- Perform quality checks on drawings before submission.
- Guide and mentor junior draftsmen and review their work.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings according to project schedules.




- Support project execution by providing technical drafting assistance when required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Draftsman, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, MicroStation, or similar software is an advantage.
- Robust understanding of drafting standards and construction/engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Robust organizational and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
