It’s a good opportunity for a Law Student/ Intern/ Fresh Graduates to learn key elements of Real Estate Corporate Practice including but not limited to RERA compliances, RERA registration, Drafting key documents based on directions, Making Title reports, Operating various Land portals online & collecting key details, learning the technicalities of Land Laws governing Acquisition, Construction, Sale, Lease, & various other elements associated with it.
This position is only for those who are genuinely interested in Real Estate Compliance Practice & ready to unlock this Area of practice.
Internship duration 6 months. Letter of Recommendation / Experience Certificate shall be provided post completion of the Internship.
Timing- 5 days a week Monday-Friday from 12:30 pm - 7pm with minor flexibility allowed, on request.
Work Location - Elliot Road, Air conditioned Office with Desktop & workstation.
