Job Title: Food & Beverage Associate (F&B; Associate)

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Reports To: F&B; Captain / Restaurant Manager / F&B; Manager

Job Summary: The F&B; Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages as per standard service procedures Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
- Set up tables, arrange cutlery, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation and timely service
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Clear tables and ensure proper resetting for next guests
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company policies
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue
- Handle billing and payment processes (if required)

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification:



10th / 12th / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

- Freshers can apply 0–2 years of experience in hotel/restaurant service preferred
