3) Proficiency in fiber splicing, cable laying, cable bunching, cable dressing, cable termination, and fiber cable installation is required, along with familiarity with fiber and copper cable diagnostics using scanning machines.
4) Candidates must possess mental and physical fitness.
5) A valid passport or police verification is mandatory.
