Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Executive (Receivables) to manage customer invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare receivable aging reports and collection updates.
- Coordinate with operations for shipment-related billing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.




- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
- Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics billing.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Hindi language proficiency is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
