About the Role

Buzzmint Media is looking for a dedicated E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Account Management, specifically on Flipkart and Meesho marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing seller accounts, driving account performance, and mentoring freshers through practical training sessions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while sharing your industry knowledge by training aspiring e-commerce professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle Flipkart & Meesho seller accounts.
- Monitor account health and ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding account performance and updates.
- Optimize product listings, inventory, and pricing.
- Resolve account-related issues and coordinate with marketplace support.
- Prepare performance reports and maintain account records.
- Guide and mentor freshers by providing practical training on marketplace operations.




- Conduct basic training sessions and share industry best practices.
- Work closely with the internal team to improve account performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Account Management.
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart & Meesho is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and seller account management.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable teaching and mentoring fresher candidates.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a WFH setup.
