Performance Marketing Executive / Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should understand full-funnel marketing strategies, audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, and brand growth for restaurant or multi-brand businesses.

Candidates with prior experience handling restaurant chains, café brands, hospitality brands, or multiple consumer-facing brands will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:

* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

* Create and implement performance marketing strategies for:

* Brand awareness

* Lead generation

* Footfall growth

* Online orders

* App installs

* Engagement & remarketing campaigns

* Understand and execute different campaign objectives and ad funnels effectively.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize:

* ROAS

* CPC

* CPM

* CTR

* Conversion rates

* Cost per lead/order

* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.

* Work closely with creative/design teams for ad creatives, copies, and campaign planning.

* Manage budget allocation efficiently across multiple campaigns and brands.

* Set up tracking tools including:

* Meta Pixel

* Google Analytics

* Conversion Tracking

* Event Tracking





* Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

* Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and performance benchmarks.

* Develop an understanding of WhatsApp Marketing strategies and progressively implement them to improve customer engagement, retention, promotions, and conversion performance.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

* Strong practical knowledge of:

* Meta Ads Manager

* Google Ads

* Google Analytics

* Remarketing strategies

* Must understand:

* Campaign structure

* Targeting strategies

* Funnel marketing

* Retargeting

* A/B testing

* Proven track record of generating measurable results through paid campaigns.

* Experience handling restaurant chains, hospitality brands, or multiple brands at least once is mandatory/preferred.

* Keen interest in learning WhatsApp Marketing tools, automation, and campaign strategies for future business growth.

* Ability to independently strategize and execute campaigns from scratch.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience in scaling campaigns with strong ROI/ROAS.

* Creative mindset with performance-driven thinking.

* Understanding of local marketing and hyperlocal campaigns is a plus.

* Experience working in quick-paced agency or multi-brand environments will be an advantage.

* Proactive learner with adaptability toward emerging digital marketing channels like WhatsApp Marketing.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
