- Claims Processing: Reviewing and processing cashless and reimbursement claims, ensuring accurate medical coding and billing for IPD/OPD patients.
- Corporate & Insurer Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between the hospital, the corporate HR, and the TPA.
- Patient Guidance: Helping patients and their families navigate insurance paperwork, policy coverage details, and claim statuses.
- Outstanding Management: Monitoring portfolios and facilitating timely closure of claims and outstanding payments.
- TPA Portals: Handling software portals for authorizations and tracking claim rejections or queries.
Pay: ₹10,091.56 - ₹32,483.02 per month
