- Welcome customers and provide a warm, qualified shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Silver, Polki, and Antique jewellery.
- Explain product features, purity, weight, pricing, making charges, offers, and certifications accurately.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Generate add-on sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, bookings, and pending purchases.
- Maintain product displays, counter cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery inventory during customer interaction.
- Assist in stock counting, inventory verification, and daily opening & closing activities.
- Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing and payment completion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
