We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Part-Time Tally Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-focused accounting training and help students become job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Tally Prime.
- Train students on Accounting Fundamentals and computerized accounting.
- Teach GST concepts including sales, purchase, GST returns, and compliance.
- Explain Inventory Management, Stock Management, Cost Centres, and Job Costing.
- Conduct Payroll Management training using Tally Prime.
- Train students on Banking, Voucher Entries, Reconciliation, and Financial Reports.
- Provide hands-on practice using real business scenarios and case studies.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Assist students in developing accounting skills required for employment.
- Maintain attendance records and submit batch progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest GST regulations and Tally Prime features.

Detailed RequirementsEducational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Tally Certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in GST or Accounting will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have practical knowledge of:

- Tally Prime
- Financial Accounting
- GST Accounting and Taxation

- Cost Centres and Cost Categories
- Journal, Contra, Payment, Receipt, Purchase, Sales, Debit Note and Credit Note Entries
- Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Preparation
- Bank Reconciliation
- TDS Basics (Preferred)
- MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)
- MS Word and PowerPoint

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in teaching or corporate accounting.
- Freshers with exceptional practical knowledge and presentation skills may also apply.
- Experience in vocational training or skill development institutes will be preferred.

- Experience in conducting offline and/or online training sessions.
- Familiarity with practical accounting processes used in businesses.
- Ability to motivate students and improve their confidence.
- Comfortable handling students from different educational backgrounds.
