We are looking for a hardcore sales professional who lives for targets and closures. If you know how to hunt leads, pitch IT services, negotiate confidently, and close deals, this role is for you.

This is not a support or coordination role.
This is pure business development & revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality leads for IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, SaaS, Cloud)
- Own the complete sales cycle – lead → pitch → negotiation → closure
- Aggressively prospect through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Pitch IT solutions to international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and close contracts independently
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

What We Expect From You:





- Proven experience in IT services sales / B2B sales
- Strong English communication & negotiation skills (MANDATORY)
- Hunger for targets, incentives, and growth opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure and close deals fast
- Solid understanding of IT services and pricing models
- Self-driven, aggressive, and money-motivated mindset
