About the Role
We're looking for a Content Creator who can bring energy, creativity, and ownership to our brand's content. This role is ideal for someone who has grown a brand, page, or channel from scratch and can show real numbers to back it up — followers, views, engagement, whatever proves the growth.
What You'll Do
Plan and create monthly content aligned with current market trends and what's working right now
Bring your own creative style — no rigid templates or restrictions on format, tone, or content type. We want ideas that feel fresh and fun, not forced
Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and what's resonating in the market each month
Understand what makes a video work — pacing, hook, structure — well enough to brief the video editor clearly on how a video should come together
Have basic video editing knowledge (doesn't need to be advanced) so you can communicate editing needs precisely — cuts, transitions, timing, etc.
Collaborate closely with the video editor to translate your vision into the final video
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience creating content
A proven track record of growing a brand/page/channel from zero, with metrics to show it
Strong sense of current trends and what performs well
Basic video editing knowledge
Someone who enjoys the process — this role rewards creativity and fun, not rigid rules
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
