Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher who can create a nurturing learning workplace for young children and support their overall academic, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle primary/pre-primary classes with care, patience, and responsibility.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum.

Create a positive and child-friendly classroom environment.

Develop children’s communication, social, and motor skills.

Use creative teaching methods, activities, stories, and play-based learning.

Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.

Monitor students’ progress and provide regular feedback.

Maintain student records, attendance, and assessment reports.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.

Participate in school events, meetings,



and training programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Montessori / D.Ed / B.Ed qualification preferred.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Mother Teacher or Pre Primary / PrimaryTeacher.

Good communication skills in English.

Passion for teaching and working with young children.

Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude.

Ability to manage a classroom effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with a pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong commitment towards early childhood education.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
