We are looking for Support & Operations Executives who will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day courier operations for our clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing courier-related issues — from raising tickets in our CRM to coordinating with courier partners and ensuring timely resolution as per our SLA.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise, track, and manage courier-related tickets for our clients (like delays, lost shipments, RTO discrepancies, weight disputes, etc.) in our CRM system.
- Prioritize and coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding the status and resolution of their courier-related concerns.
- Monitor SLAs and escalate unresolved or high-priority issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of all tickets and their progress for reporting and analysis.
- Support the operations team in improving courier performance metrics and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Account Management, etc.) to streamline the complaint and escalation process.
- Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics operations, courier management, or eCommerce support.
- Familiarity with courier partners and shipping processes (pickup, tracking, RTO, claims, etc.).
- Experience in using CRMs, ticketing systems, or Excel/Google Sheets for tracking issues.
- Strong communication and coordination skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet SLAs.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
