Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales for the Bangalore market while working from our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Bangalore market.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and services.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or IT Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT products, services, or solutions sales.
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Working Details

- Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
- Business Territory: Bangalore
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
