About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for Voice process to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience through phone.

Requirement: Multiple processes with different requirement Hindi/English/Marathi/ Telegu/Tamil/ Kanada/Malyalam

Location: Ghansoli Navi mumbai

Multiple Domestic Process.

Education: 12th Pass /Undergrad/Graduate/ PG

Salary: Start from 13,000 to 25,000 inhand take home

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.

Qualifications

- 12th Pass and above




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
