We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, coordinate sales orders, follow up on payments, handle customer queries, and ensure timely dispatch and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely deliveries.
- Track order status and update customers regularly.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain customer records.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure quick issue resolution.
- Prepare daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
- Generate new business opportunities through regular customer interaction.
- Maintain Excel database with complete customer details.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in manufacturing or plastic industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Customer handling and negotiation skills
- MS Excel, MS Office, CRM Software
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Problem-solving and multitasking
- Positive organizational and reporting skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
