Qualifications:

M.Tech in Civil or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and vision for the department in alignment with the institution's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other department heads, deans, and senior administrators to advance institutional priorities.
- Deliver lectures and seminars to students.
- Develop course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.
- Provide guidance and support to students through office hours and mentoring.
- Participate in institutional committees and initiatives as required.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and strategic plans.




- Recruit, retain, and evaluate faculty members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
