Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of construction safety programs across multiple projects.

· Develop, mentor, and manage high-performing safety teams while promoting a proactive safety culture.

· Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, standards, and client-specific requirements.

· Conduct site safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.

· Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

· Deliver engaging safety training, coaching, and awareness programs to employees, supervisors, and leadership teams.

· Partner with project managers and operational leaders to integrate safety into project planning and execution.

· Support urgent and complex project initiatives while maintaining exceptional safety standards.

· Develop and review safety policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk management documentation.

· Prepare safety reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics for senior management and clients.

· Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational safety performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.





· 15+ years of progressive experience in construction safety management.

· Proven experience working with large construction companies.

· Extensive experience in civil and vertical construction environments.

· Demonstrated success in managing safety teams and developing strong safety cultures across diverse construction sites.

· Strong practical knowledge of construction safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, permit systems, PPE, working at heights, excavation safety, lifting operations, confined spaces, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and incident investigation.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English proficiency.

· Outstanding leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

· Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple priorities under demanding timelines.

· Positive attitude with a strong “can-do” mindset and team-oriented approach.

· Willingness to work closely with U.S. leadership and align with global safety expectations.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
