We need an organized and driven Service Manager who have worked atleast 5-7 years in automobile sector to lead our service team and run daily operations. You will make sure customers are happy, handle tough complaints, and help our team reach performance goals. We need an focused skilled having experience in both bodyshop and workshop.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily workflow, service delivery, and workshop or department efficiency.

Supervise, train, and motivate service staff and technicians.

Resolve escalated client complaints and maintain high satisfaction scores.

Monitor service targets, budgets, and operational reports.

Maintain high company standards for all repairs and customer interactions.

Requirements & Skills :

3 to 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools, scheduling software, or MS Office.

High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or relevant technical certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
