We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our energetic HR team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruiting across various levels and functions. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our business needs.

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.




- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends & market dynamics to adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s employer brand through various channels and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in IT Segment

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
