Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQ, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, and finishing works.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and quality control at the construction site.
- Assist in billing, measurements, and project planning.
- Resolve on-site technical issues under senior engineer guidance.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Understanding of construction drawings and BOQ preparation.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
