We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive & Warehouse Manager who can handle data reporting, inventory management, and warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between online sales platforms and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Manage and update data on Excel / Google Sheets Track sales from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart Analyze sales, returns, and stock movement Maintain dashboards for management review Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Warehouse Management

Manage inventory stock levels and maintain records

Oversee inward & outward stock movement

Ensure proper packing, dispatch, and order processing

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments

Maintain warehouse organization and discipline

Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation

Coordination & Operations

Coordinate between sales team, warehouse, and management





Monitor order processing and reduce delays/errors Identify process improvements to increase efficiency

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)

Experience in inventory management & warehouse operations basic understanding of e-commerce platforms

Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and manage operations independently

Preferred Qualifications Graduate in Commerce / Business / Any relevant field Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
