Cradle Runways (I) Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering company providing Solutions for accessing all kinds of facades. Cradle Runways offers the complete range of façade access systems from eyebolts to davits to Building Maintenance Units.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports (30, 60, 90+ days) to spot overdue business accounts.
- Review corporate debtor lists and track payment milestones based on contracts and purchase orders.
- Reconcile customer balances and support month-end closing activities
- Contact corporate clients via phone, email, and formal letters to secure timely payments.
- Connect directly with corporate decision-makers and finance teams to negotiate payment plans.
- Send account statements, reminders, and final demand notices for delinquent balances.
- Solve invoice discrepancies, short payments, and billing errors in coordination with sales and billing departments.
- Work with internal teams to clear administrative blocks preventing client sign-off and payment release.
- Log all client interactions, promises to pay, and status updates inside the company CRM or ERP software.
- Prepare periodic reports on recovery performance, cash flow status, and overdue amounts for management.
- Track daily and monthly collection goals to meet company key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications:
· Any Graduate
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
