We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and focused on achieving measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising tools
- Experience in setting up, managing, and optimising ad campaigns
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills
