Hiring: HR Admin Intern – Hyderabad

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin Intern to support our HR and administrative operations.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, trackers, and databases
- Support onboarding, employee coordination, and engagement initiatives
- Manage employee timesheets and ensure timely updates
- Track invoices and maintain records
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Send follow-ups on pending tasks and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation (Excel, Word,



PowerPoint)
- Assist with recruitment (sourcing, interview scheduling, follow-ups)

Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Robust communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in the 2 PM – 12 AM shift

Good to Have :

- MS Office certifications
- Exposure to recruitment coordination
