Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective patients, generate appointments, and convert leads into clinic walk-ins. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable handling inquiries, and maintain a professional and customer-centric approach.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Conversion

- Contact leads received through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Understand patient requirements and provide accurate information about clinic services and treatments.
- Convince and motivate potential patients to schedule consultations and visit the clinic.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a high lead-to-walk-in conversion ratio.

Patient Coordination

- Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and treatments.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages to patients.
- Address patient queries professionally and escalate complex concerns to the relevant team members.

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments,



and conversions in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Update daily calling reports and conversion status.
- Track and report lead performance metrics to management.

Customer Service

- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing patients.
- Ensure a qualified, courteous, and patient-focused communication experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under targets and achieve conversion goals.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, skin & hair clinics, wellness centers, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
