About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative individual with expertise in both digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, social media management, and utilising AI tools to create contemporary and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Execute LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies
- Grow and optimize YouTube channel and video performance
- Design creative posts (graphics, reels, ad creatives)
- Use AI tools to create video content (Reels/Shorts/Ads)
- Track performance and prepare reports (ads + social media)





Required Skills

- Practical experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
- Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop preferred)
- Knowledge of video editing and AI video tools
- Strong creative thinking and content creation ability
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and audience targeting

Good to Have

- Copywriting skills
- Understanding of reel/short video trends
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.
