We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive for the cinema industry who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests visiting the cinema. The candidate will assist customers with ticket bookings, seat inquiries, food and beverage services, and resolving customer concerns in a qualified manner. The role includes greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, coordinating with internal teams, handling cash/card transactions, and providing information about movie schedules, offers, and promotions. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹31,457.14 per month
