We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently and our customers receive the best possible service.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare GST invoices, quotations, and other billing documents.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Manage and process orders received through our website, Amazon, and IndiaMART.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders.
- Schedule courier pickups and track shipments until successful delivery.
- Handle customer queries, order updates, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor order fulfillment and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Support the team in improving operational efficiency and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in operations, billing, CRM, administration, or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with GST billing, invoicing, and customer record management.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
