Job Title: Interview Coordinator
Location: Visnagar (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Talent Coordinator / Interview Support Associate who can effectively interact with candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in the end-to-end interview process. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, basic technical understanding, and familiarity with modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with candidates professionally and confidently in English.

Convince and engage candidates throughout the hiring process.

Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate interview timings.

Send interview invitations and follow-up communications.

Assist candidates with complete interview setup, including configuring and troubleshooting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual meeting tools.

Ensure candidates have a stable internet connection, working audio and video devices (microphone and camera), and proper system readiness before the interview.

Guide candidates in setting up and accessing coding platforms such as HackerRank, Codility, and LeetCode, and ensure they can run code without issues.

Conduct pre-interview technical checks, including system tests, screen sharing, browser permissions, VPN issues, and other technical requirements.





Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.

Provide constructive post-interview feedback to candidates, highlighting areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and scheduling tools.

Solid organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail while observing interviews.

Preferred Qualifications

Any graduate (technical background is a plus).

Prior experience in recruitment, coordination, or HR support is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Traits

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes.

Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.

Good observation and note-taking skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
