- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or IT sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or related solutions is an advantage.
- Should be target-oriented and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their IT infrastructure requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to understand customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
