- Operate and maintain manual and Semi-Automatic machines.(Slitter Rewinder,Sheeting machine,Guillotine machine)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Measure and inspect finished product.
- Set up machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
- Adjust machine settings and tool positions to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot issues during the machining process and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, following company safety standards.
- Record production data and complete job reports or logs as required.
- Work closely with supervisors,
quality control, and maintenance teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- Experience as a machinist or machine operator (manual or Semi-Automatic).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing workplace.
