*Key Responsibilities*

- Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Counsel prospective students regarding career opportunities in IT and recommend suitable training programs.

- Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.

- Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.

- Conduct regular follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.

- Build strong relationships with students and parents by addressing their queries and concerns professionally.

- Handle objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions to maximize conversions.

- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads to improve conversion rates.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the academic, operations, and placement teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

- Participate in daily sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including calls, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions.





- Take ownership of individual sales performance and continuously work on improving conversion rates.

- Stay updated with Globe Creater's courses, industry trends, placement opportunities, and emerging technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.

- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

*Eligibility*

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–5 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, Academic Sales, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
