Role Purpose

This is a business-critical leadership role not a routine finance position.

Your mandate is to ensure money flows into the company — continuously — through funding, collections, and cash flow control.

Core mandate: "Arrange funding + Control cash flow + Convert receivables = Enable SLN's growth."

Key Responsibilities

1. Funding & Banking [PRIMARY ROLE]

- Arrange NBFC / bank working capital — CC, OD, LC, BG facilities from 5 Cr to 100 Cr+
- Build and maintain relationships with SBI, PNB, Canara, HDFC, and other PSU / private banks
- Prepare loan proposals and close sanctions end-to-end — from application to disbursement
- Negotiate interest rates, collateral terms, and repayment structures
- Resolve existing bank issues and proactively manage account health

2. Receivables Conversion [CRITICAL]

- Implement project-wise receivables tracking with client follow-up systems
- Accelerate outstanding-to-cash conversion; reduce receivable cycle below 60 days
- Design and operate an MD-level escalation mechanism for delayed collections

3. Cash Flow Control

- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow plans covering all inflows and outflows




- Enforce payment priority framework — salary, vendor, EMI discipline maintained always
- Build and operate a daily MD financial dashboard with real-time alerts

4. Investor & Private Funding

- Connect with HNIs and private investors for short-term bridge funding
- Structure and negotiate deal terms; maintain transparent investor reporting

5. Consultant Management

- Identify, engage, and manage external funding consultants and DSAs
- Track consultant performance and maintain a closure-oriented approach

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
