Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Gas Cutter & Welder (GTAW + SMAW) to join our team in Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in welding, gas cutting, fabrication, and repair work in an industrial workplace. Candidates with 6G Welding Qualification Test (WQT) certification will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Arc) welding as per engineering drawings and WPS.
- Carry out gas cutting, fabrication, and repair activities.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Inspect weld joints to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Perform grinding, fitting, and finishing work after welding.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper handling of tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements during welding operations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to complete assigned jobs on time.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: ITI (Welder/Fitter)



or Government Certified Welder Course (GCW).
- Certification: 6G Welder (GTAW + SMAW) WQT Certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of industrial welding experience.
- Strong knowledge of GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Arc), gas cutting, and fabrication.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding specifications.
