Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support as required.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyse market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for regional sales.
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.




- 3–4 years of proven experience in sales within the medical devices/orthopaedic industry (preferably surgical implants).
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Orthopaedics.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency in the local language; fluency in English is desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
