We're hiring a Founder's Office Intern at Albae.

Not a coffee-run internship. You'll be in the room for everything — marketing calls, content approvals, formulation science, dispatch logistics, the whole build.

What you'll actually do:
→ Shape marketing strategy and campaign calendars with us
→ Review and approve/reject content before it goes live
→ Understand our formulations well enough to explain astaxanthin and algal DHA to a stranger in 30 seconds
→ Own logistics — order dispatch, inventory checks, vendor coordination
→ Shadow both founders across every function — CEO and CTO side

Who we're looking for:
→ Background in life sciences, biotech, nutrition, or a genuine hunger to learn the science (astaxanthin, algal DHA, fermentation-based nutraceuticals)
→ Sharp writer, sharper editor — you'll be approving copy, not just drafting it
→ Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast — we're a lean team building something we haven't seen built in India
→ Based in Surat

Stipend: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month (based on experience and commitment level)
Duration: 3–6 months, potential to convert to full time
Start: Immediate

Role Overview
You'll work directly with both founders (CEO and CTO) across marketing, content, science communication, and operations. This is a generalist role for someone who wants full-stack startup exposure rather than a single-function internship.

Responsibilities

- Support and help shape marketing strategy — campaigns, content calendars, channel decisions
- Review social/marketing content for brand and claims accuracy before publishing; flag or approve posts
- Learn the science behind our formulations (astaxanthin, algal DHA, closed-tank fermentation) well enough to represent it in content and conversations
- Coordinate order dispatch and logistics — inventory tracking, courier coordination, delivery issue resolution
- Shadow founders in strategic meetings, partner calls, and day-to-day decision-making
- Assist with ad hoc projects across distribution, NGO partnerships, and product development as they come up

Who You Are

- Studying or graduated in life sciences, biotechnology, nutrition, pharmacy, or a related field (BSc/ MSc/BTech/MTech)
- Strong written communication; comfortable giving direct feedback on content
- Organized enough to run logistics without hand-holding
- Wants breadth over depth at this stage of your career — happy to context-switch between a marketing deck and a formulation spec sheet in the same day
