We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Event Planner to lead and manage end-to-end event projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client relationships, concept planning, team coordination, and flawless execution of premium weddings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete wedding planning from concept to execution
- Understand client requirements and create unique wedding concepts
- Prepare mood boards, themes, and presentation decks
- Coordinate with vendors (decor, catering, production, etc.)
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Supervise on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations
- Lead and guide junior planners and team members
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and closures

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years experience in wedding/event planning
- Strong creativity and trend awareness in weddings




- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Willingness to travel and work on-site (including weekends)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred

- Experience in luxury or destination weddings
- Knowledge of design tools / presentation tools
- Vendor network across Kerala or India

Salary & Benefits

- ₹35,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on experience)
