Accountant & Administration Executive

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

LOFT PR is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts, basic HR, client documentation and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain records of income, expenses, bills and payments.
- Prepare and send client invoices, quotations and payment reminders.
- Track client retainers, project payments, vendor dues and outstanding payments.
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly revenue, expense and payment reports.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS and compliance.
- Prepare and send client agreements, NDAs and vendor or influencer agreements using approved templates.
- Track agreement renewals, expiry dates and signed documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and salary records.
- Prepare salary sheets, offer letters,



internship letters and relieving letters.
- Assist with employee onboarding, exits and basic recruitment.
- Organise company files, contracts, invoices and confidential records.
- Assist the Founder with meetings, reminders, follow-ups, travel and administrative tasks.
- Support event budgets, vendor payments and expense tracking.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing, GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR documentation.
- Robust communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Must be trustworthy, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply.
