Job Summary:

The Multi Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities, equipment, and utilities. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of technical issues to provide a secure and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out daily preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints from guests and departments.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and service logs.
- Follow safety procedures and hotel SOPs.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs when required.
- Monitor water, electricity, DG set, pumps, and other utility systems.
- Support emergency maintenance and breakdown situations.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Electrical,



Plumbing, HVAC, and Mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Guest-oriented attitude.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
- Hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Experience:

- 0–2 Years: Fresher/Junior Technician
- 2–5 Years: Maintenance Technician
- 5+ Years: Senior Technician

Working Conditions:

- Rotational shifts.
- Weekends and public holidays as per roster.
- Emergency call-outs whenever required.

KPIs:

- Preventive maintenance completion rate.
- Complaint response time.
- Equipment uptime.
- Guest maintenance complaint resolution.
- Compliance with safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,045.50 - ₹35,090.91 per month
