Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Relationship Management:

 Handle client communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails) and follow-ups

 Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with existing and potential clients

 Update and manage client records

 Sales Coordination:

 Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, delivery status, and client queries

 Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports

 Maintain sample movement and client meeting trackers

 Back-End Sales Support:

 Ensure smooth documentation for orders, billing, and dispatch

 Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

 Track and manage client-specific requirements (certifications, hallmarking, etc.)

 Data Entry & Reporting:

 Maintain MIS and daily/weekly sales dashboards

 Support in compiling monthly performance and client feedback reports

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
