Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service qualified with 4–6 years of experience to manage key customer accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless order management, customer coordination, dispatch planning, and MIS reporting.

Job Description for Shift supervisor- Technical (Supervisor/Jr. officer)

· Manage to have skill to respond to customer request.

· Manage and ensure accuracy of Data in SAP.

· Manage and coordinate dispatches.

· Manage and coordinate collections.

· Need to have Good excel knowledge to prepare OB file and required MIS report.

· Need to have Good interpersonal relationship to manage customer requirements.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong ERP and data analytics background (data mining). Work with partners to work with the ERP systems interactively.
- Proficient in the use of MS/Office products.
- Engage & Act - Manages priorities,



Acts at the right time and decisively.
- Actively supports and contributes to the success of other departments.
- Achieve Goals - Honors commitments. Finishes what s/he has started. Ensures customer satisfaction

Experience & qualifications:

- Basic Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Additional qualifications in Supply Chain or Customer Service will be an added advantage.

- Experience :

4–6 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Coordination.

Experience in Packaging, FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
