- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Store goods properly according to food safety and hygiene standards (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).
- Issue materials to kitchen and restaurant departments as per authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual registers or inventory management software.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of low-stock or overstock situations.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable items.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, and damaged items; report any issues immediately.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for timely replenishment of inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock movement summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards.
