Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars across multiple digital channels.
- Write, edit, and proofread content while ensuring consistency in brand voice.
- Create captions, articles, promotional content, reels, and video content concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to generate innovative content ideas.
- Monitor content performance and optimise content strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.
- Support branding, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives through creative content.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Creation, Content Writing, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital trends.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, content optimisation, and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
